This usefull tool filters all of your emails and checks them for spam
and also viruses, this will greatly reduce the risk of viruses spreading
through your computer network. The scanner also checks all emails for
spam content and marks them so that you can put them straight into a spam
folder, a great time saver! (Included in Business Hosting)
Support packages
Generally, we don't charge for support.
However, if you need extra support, above and beyond that required
to make sure our service is working, we do need to charge something
to cover our costs -- this keeps our prices down for everyone.
We never charge for fixing a problem with our service, of course.
Notes: All Standard packages and above include one support call as standard.
We never charge for support calls when the problem was our fault, including the documentation being wrong or confusing!
